The story begins in spring 1962 with Maria Augusta Leky, where the family recipe was born. Maria, Grandma to co-founder Sean would add a variety of fresh fruits to rum within the Rumtopf. Untouched until winter, it would be shared with family and friends at parties.  The drink became a local legend, celebrated for its distinctive delicious fruity flavours.

Inspired by this and their mutual love for rum, Tom Scott & Sean Roche have set out to share this passion and their own uniquely flavoured rum.
